In the second decade of the twenty first century, we live in a world we could not have anticipated just a few decades ago.                    

Do I mean “The Coronavirus Pandemic”?                                                             

    NO!    Absolutely not!                                                                                                                             

What has had a deep affect on our society, and your customers specifically, is the change in people's views as pets from “affectionate companions” to “Beloved (and often revered) Family Members”.

This incredible change in how pets are perceived has changed pet shops into large pet food/pet grooming/pet toy stores and will cause American's to spend over 109 BILLION dollars on pet food, related supplies, grooming, boarding, insurance, walking services, and veterinary care in 2021, if projected trends continue.

Lee and I have been discussing these trends for several years, but the one thing that the Pandemic DID contribute to is an even MORE rapid increase in both pet ownership and the closeness of the pet-human relationship.
