Simple Methods for Evaluating Your Cleaning Services

                           Simple Methods for
                       Evaluating Your Cleaning
                      Services Business For Growth
                                       Post #3:

Before you can be sure that your Professional Cleaning Service
has really started to grow, you need a realistic picture of its
    current status.

Simple Methods for Evaluating Your Cleaning Services
  >>> NOTE: There are several relatively easy methods for doing this which can give you a reliable picture. They will reveal your strengths and weaknesses while providing you with a birds' eye view of market forces that will affect you. This is an essential first step towards business growth.

These steps are individually referred to as...
SWOT, SOAR, & More.

    **#1 - SWOT  ( Overall Analysis )  --  4 sections
The 'SWOT' analysis is one of the most widely used models.
In this method, you create a grid for four basic sections:
    >>> (1) Strengths, (2) Weaknesses, (3) Opportunities, and (4) Threats.
               >> Strengths and Weaknesses are "internal in your company",
               >> Opportunities and Threats identify "external market forces"
                    or other external factors".
              >> By filling out this chart, you can easily see the situations your
                  business is facing.

    **#2 - SOAR - (like a Positive) SWOT
A 'SOAR' is similar to SWOT but takes a more positive slant.
    It identifies (1) Strengths, (2) Opportunities, (3) Aspirations, & (4) Results.

    >>> Like SWOT, you list each in the spaces provided and this gives
you a clear picture of your company and the current market.

Note: Some say that since SOAR removes the negatives, it doesn't give
a clear picture. However, proponents of the method say it's more
effective because it reframes the negative factors as challenges
    or opportunities.

Overall, --  "SWOT" looks at the current situation,
"SOAR" presents a vision of future growth.

**#3 - "PEST" - A Look at the (external) World!
'PEST' is a very similar method to the SWAT & SOAR above, that
focuses on the market and other external factors.
    >>> You examine both internal and external factors with "SWOT",
While "PEST" focuses only on the external. It stands for:
           (1) "Political", (2) "Economic", (3) "Social", and (4) "Technological".

    >>> SPECIAL NOTE:
A PEST analysis provides you a chance to look at trends in the
area's that may affect your ongoing business environment!

       >> Such things as:  Attitudes toward health or lifestyle, government
regulations, and technological innovations like automation, including AI.
       >> These tools are all helpful:  For small cleaning services that are capable
of growth. Analyzing your business and the market is an important first
step because you need to have a birds' eye view of the entire situation.
