 Reassurance Marketing
Today, it seems like "trust' is at an all-time low, and uncertainty is the order of the day! You'll likely find yourself "doom-scrolling" as you watch the online daily news while preparing for the next pandemic or economic
  downturn!

  >>> In times like these, we all need more reassurance than usual!
One type of cleaning & restoration services marketing often overlooked or ignored is "Reassurance Marketing"!

NOTE: Cleaning & restoration special services play an essential part in their
customers' lives!  In addition to offering helpful information
with
  excellent services
, and comprehensive customer support, you need to
tell them that everything's going to be alright!

"Reassurance Marketing" refers to "messaging" that tells customers
and prospects that you're here for them, that you're open for business,
and you've got their back when times are tough!

**#1 - Expressing Empathy (Reassurance Marketing messaging)
The key to "Reassurance Marketing" messaging, is to empathize with your
customers and prospects saying what they need to hear when they need to
hear it. Put yourself in your customer's shoes. Your messaging should
tell your customers you understand what they're going through.

  >>> Is your business suffering right now, as well?
Tell your market audience about it. Share your struggles from the past and
show that you've been where they are now. Or, simply tell them you
understand they're going through a hard time, and you'd like to help.

  **#2 - Keep in Touch!
  >>> Don't disappear from your customers when they need you most!
Some businesses make the mistake of cutting down on content and market
engagement when times are tough for everyone, but this is when you, as a
caring cleaning professional needs to be the most visible. Ramp up on
identifying and offering help with the problems your market audience
  members are facing.

  **#3 - Present a Positive Message
  >>> When your market audience is struggling, they need positive
messaging. It's good to identify the problems they're solving but balance it
with plenty of authentic positivity. Focus on providing solutions and
highlighting successes. Try to help them move in a positive and
  productive direction.

  **#4 - Make It Easy
  >>> Your customers are facing difficulties:
How can you make things easier for them?
Are there valuable resources, or extra support you can offer? Are there
tech fixes you can offer right now? Think about providing additional
services like free shipping or tiered pricing.

  **#5 - Offer Specific Content
  >>> At the height of the COVID pandemic, businesses gave their
customers tips on wiping down surfaces or effectively isolating to
prevent spread. A budgeting app could offer tools and tips for budgeting
  during a recession.
  >>> Can you offer your expertise to help with specific problems your
         customer is facing right now?

**#6 - Know Your Customers' Needs Right Now
  >>> Your ability to reassure your customers during difficult times
depends on a thorough knowledge of their changing needs. You need to
maintain steady contact with them, especially during this critical time.

Use multiple lines of communication, including email and social media, to stay
in touch and gather feedback so you know what they're going through right
now. Don't wait for them to come to you. Be proactive in getting and staying
  in touch.
