6 Ways to Improve Your Customers "Service Experiences"!
One of the most effective ways to stand out in today's rapidly changing marketplace is to provide pleasing customer service experiences.
This customer pleasing experience covers every moment someone interacts with your “Specialty Cleaning Services”, from start to finish.
How you meet or exceed the customer's needs and expectations at each touch point will determine how they view you & your company. If you create a positive and memorable experience, you'll win your customers over and develop them into lifelong customer advocates.
Create a Map of the ‘Customers Experience'
You can create this seamless experience by developing a list of each customers touch point with your “Specialty Cleaning Services”.
Start with the initial awareness stage and identify each interaction you'll have with the customer. Figure out how to meet their needs and exceed their expectations at each stage.
**1 - Know Your Customers Well
To engage and satisfy your customers at each touch point, you need an understanding of their needs and preferences. The best way to get to know your customer is to create a ‘persona' or ‘avatar' or a ‘profile' that includes their demographics, pain points, buying behavior, and interests. The more you know about them as an individual, the better you'll be able to engage them. Spend
time researching your ‘ideal customer profile'.
**2 - Practice Active Listening
The basis of ‘the customer experience' is the feedback you receive from active customers. It would help significantly if you created opportunities to gain feedback and used this information to improve. Active listening will help you do this.
Whenever you have a conversation with a customer, give them your full attention and engage with what they're saying by repeating it back to them as you look at them directly! Ask follow-up questions to get further feedback. You'll gain insights and demonstrate to the customer that you're listening to them.
**3 - Help Your Customers Help Themselves
Your knowledge and expertise in your field can be extremely valuable to those who listen to you! You have a wealth of information they can use to solve their problems. Create content that answers common questions or addresses pain points. Write blog posts, offer an FAQ for their reference, and assemble a resources list your followers can use. You can also present educational opportunities such as webinars and workshops.
**4 - Be Responsive
A simple way to ensure a good customer experience is to offer multiple ways to contact you and reply quickly. Customers are always looking for fast solutions to their problems.
Consider a live help desk, or other tools to enhance customer service and ensure your whole team is trained to offer impeccable service.
NOTE:The above help will only work after you have a clear focus on your ideal customer profile! Specialty focus on a “Pet Friendly Home” would work well here. As would “Area Rug Care”
**5 - Personalize the Experience
Customer needs change throughout their journey with you over time. See above regarding pets or children! You should be aware of these changes, be flexible, and meet new needs as they arise. Keep gathering feedback and customize your offering so each active member can get the personalized help they need when needed.
**6 - Focus on Delivering Value
When a customer feels like they receive special value each time they interact with you, you'll stand out from your competitors and create lifetime loyalty. This is the key to an excellent customer experience. For each touch point, ask yourself, “What can I do here to improve my customer's life, even just a little?”
