Improve Your Business with Feedback from Your Customers
To grow your business, you must be committed to continuous improvement of your business systems.
Don't assume that your customers are happy with your products or services, or the customer service you provide. Get their honest feedback to be absolutely certain.
One of the best ways to do that is to ask your customers for their feedback in the form of a survey.
To ensure that you get honest feedback make your feedback system as anonymous as absolutely possible.
EXAMPLE: You could hand each customer a stamped self addressed postcard survey form after the job is completed and ask that they would fill out and place in the mail.
Or you could mail your stamped, self addressed postcard survey form to your customers and have them mail the completed postcard form back to you.
Keep your survey short and simple. Use a rating system, like 1 for Poor, up to 5 for Excellent, or use a simple "yes or no" or even combine with a multiple choice format. In addition, when appropriate, provide a few lines of space after a question for additional comments or suggestions.

Help Us To Help You!
Jim & I try our best to find information and products that can help you to operate your business with less stress & more profit. That's what "Winterfest" is all about. If you have some suggestions or tips you would like to offer, we would be delighted.
Here are a few questions to start your thinking:
(1) What information would help you toward your goals?
___Management ___Marketing ___Technology
(2) Are our "FREE FRIDAYS" helpful? ___Yes ___No
(3) Are our INTERLINK mailers helpful? ___Yes ___No
(4) Do you use the "eCleanAdvisor.com" ___Yes ___No
(5) Suggest some subjects for "FREE FRIDAYS

This information is very important to me because of the amount of our yearly advertising budget allotted to these functions. Since 150 companies attended Winterfest this year, we decided to send a stamped, self addressed postcard to each company requesting information to help us with our continuing program in 2005 & 2006. Responses are still coming in - but I will share the results with you when it is complete.
I have had the privilege of helping some of our customers in the past to create their customer feedback systems, and every one provided usable data that helped them to improve their business results-- sometimes actually resulting in many thousands of dollars in increased sales.
I strongly recommend that you try this with your customers.
