Andrechelle Cermak
Andrechelle (an dre shel') was introduced to, and began working in, the carpet cleaning industry in the 80's when she met her husband, Mark Cermak. She has since performed all aspects of the business from the actual cleaning and advanced spot removal, to clerical, computerization, customer service and marketing, including everything in between. She is an IICRC Certified Master Textile Cleaner and the owner of EcoClean Carpet Care in Lake County, Ohio.
As a hobby, in the 90's, she enjoyed building customized computer systems and then became enthralled with website design. Realizing the imperative need of every business to establish a presence on the internet, she began assisting other business owners. Website Design by Andrechelle was born and today designs websites for many of the cleaning companies currently online. Everyday she helps to bring their message to potential customers. From theEZwebsite, to custom websites to fully dynamic, database driven web portals to ecommerce carts, Andrechelle offers solutions to fit all projects and budgets.
