Over 300 customers, employees & family members have attended each of Pembertons past "Customer Fests" which officially became "Pembertons WINTERFEST" in 2000. Each has been a truly memorable event. WINTERFEST 2005 broke all attendance records with more than 400 persons attending! WINTERFEST 2006 continued the trend with over 400 once again in attendance; however, most impressive was the company count of almost 200!

Our first major "Customer Fest", presented outside of our store was held Sept. 3, 1999, with a visit by Prochem's impressive "Rolling Road Show" providing the backdrop and Pembertons providing the sumptuous buffet-style lunch and pig roast along with our educational presentations.

Besides a bountiful supply of free food and beverages, the one-day event held at our nearby Boston Spectrum Community Center, always offered a stimulating, rewarding yet relaxing day filled with activities arranged to please our customer guests who had driven in from as far away as Illinois, Michigan, New York, Maryland, Ohio and West Virginia. Because of overwhelming customer support for a "slow season" date, our function is now known as "Pembertons WINTERFEST" and is held on the last Saturday in January each year.

Activities at each "WINTERFEST" include educational presentations as well as factory demonstrations by Pembertons suppliers. These have included Prochem, HydraMaster, Blueline, Bridgepoint, Unsmoke, DriEaz, CTI, Greenglides, Masterblend, Proteam, Products Chemical and Scotchgard, among many others. Numerous informational exhibits such as the SCRT booth, EZ Web Site, Interlink Financial and others are also available.

There are regular drawings for valuable & exciting prizes, culminating in a Grand Prize drawing for a high value item worth over thousands at 3:30PM each year. Past Grand Prizes have included a giant screen TV set, and a Titanium carpet wand. In 2003 we awarded a Tile & Gout hard surface cleaning package! In 2005 it was a Cimex Commercial Cleaning System, and in 2006 the Grand Prize was a HydraMaster RX20!

In 2007, we gave a NINJA portable extractor to the lucky customer! 2008 promises three Grand Prizes, with each worth over $1,800.!
