After interviewing an extensive list of our customers, and reviewing the area's recent history of classes, seminars, trade shows, association meetings, etc., we have discovered that some of the practical training needs of our customers are not being met!

Taking this information to heart, Pembertons developed the following format:

Starting in January 2004. we started the first of a special series of free educational programs to cleaners and restorers. As this series unfolds, we will cover a wide variety of subjects, one at a time; on one "Free Friday" each month.

These programs are three to four hours long, depending on the subject, and are offered on one Friday each month. In most cases the programs are in the morning, in others they may run late morning to early afternoon, and in yet others they may run from 1- 4:00, depending on instructor availability.

Most of the technical courses qualify for ½ of a continuing education credit for maintaining IICRC technician status; (you will be advised which ones qualify). Sit back and enjoy cutting edge information, in a friendly, hands-on format, that will benefit you and your technicians immediately!                                     

In all instances, we ask you to join us for lunch (our treat).

A Note from Jim Pemberton:

Because of the popularity of our "Free Fridays" workshop program, we must limit attendance to 40 persons. The information is of such value that each person attending will receive an attractive certificate of completion suitable for wall display. Obviously we will need to prepare these ahead of time and will need both confirmed class reservations as well as accurate spelling of each persons name who plans to attend.

 For CEC credit, we need the persons name, address & IICRC ID# We will call you to reconfirm your registrations shortly prior to the function so that we can fill available seats, order enough food & refreshments and type up the certificates.
