Smoke and/or fire damage restoration is not easy, and while new techniques and products are developed continually, new surfaces and challenges develop even more quickly!! Every day hundreds of thousands of dollars in smoke and/or fire damaged contents and surfaces are discarded as non-usable. The truth is that a substantial portion of these damages are probably salvageable. However, consumer "throw away" mentality rules the day at this point in time.
