This two day class provides you with a comprehensive understanding of carpet cleaning and customer service. IICRC CCT Certification is available upon passing the examination. This course also earns two Continuing Education Credits with the IICRC if you are already IICRC certified.

  • The most commonly encountered carpet fibers & their characteristics:
