Jim Pemberton presents the
"all new, 21st Century"
All NEW FINE FABRIC CARE WORKSHOP!
Instructor -- Jim Pemberton

Where Have All the Furniture Specialists Gone? . . . . and who can I trust, is the question asked by today's affluent consumers as well as furniture retailers and interior designers.

Through the 1970's and into the 1980's every community had a cleaner (or two) who specialized in high end, delicate fabrics. These cleaners "named their price" for their work, and had constant referrals from furniture stores, designers, fabric protection specialists and upholsterers.

In the past decade, however, there are less and less cleaners willing (or able) to clean sensitive, delicate textiles.

Why?

  1. Carpet Cleaning has become really easy!
  2. Today professionals are faced with fewer "Problem Fabrics":
  3. Changes in Training:
Certification Classes have helped a wide variety of cleaners become competent in upholstery care, but the courses are for technicians only, focusing on “why” rather than “How to”. This training contains no marketing guidelines, and little or no emphasis on making your business stand out as a Fine Fabric Specialist.

How Can You Benefit From This ?

These trends mean that, once again, there is a gold mine of opportunity for a cleaning company who wants to be a specialist in delicate, hard to clean fabrics. (and, if they can trust you with these, they will far better when you offer to provide the needed services for all of their valued assets!

All New Fine Fabric Care Workshop

This course is not a “mini course” to prepare you for a longer certification course. In this one day course you will receive ALL of the essential information contained in longer courses, without the added information on fabric names, dyeing processes, and chemistry that is “nice to know”, but rarely “need to know” information for the upholstery specialist.

In This Class You Will Learn:

How to - Conduct fiber and dye tests that are simple, reliable, and will help you determine the methods that will not just keep you out of trouble, but help you get spectacular results

How to - Conduct inspections, using a unique inspection guide that will help gain your customers' confidence, increase your ability to be paid what you are worth, and vastly decrease your liability all at the same time.

What - Cleaning agents to use for best results. This class is definitely NOT generic in nature, but instead focuses on the latest innovations in fabric cleaning products that are proven performers in the field.

What - Cleaning tools are both the most effective as well as the safest to use. You'll also discover what tools you may have in use that could cause you damage claims, if they have not already!

How to - Clean every fabric you encounter in the field, especially the new fabrics and styles that you never learned about in previous classes. This is not a “20th Century Class”, but instead one that will teach you how to meet TODAY'S cleaning challenges.

How to - Apply, sell and apply protector that works, and that you can guarantee. You'll also learn about common cleaning methods that prevent your protector from working, and what to do about it!

Class size is limited, so sign up today.
